AI Optimized Group is a practice of Optimized Sciences, LLC, a New York limited liability company. This policy covers this website and what happens when you book a call or email us.
The short version:
- The site counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- We hold personal information only when you give it to us, by booking a call or emailing us.
- We use it to reply and to work with you. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.
What we collect
When you visit. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people read, which sites send them here, and broad details such as country, device type, browser and operating system. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. It also doesn’t follow you to other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
When the site loads. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. It may set short-lived security cookies, for example if you’re asked to confirm you’re not a bot.
When you book a call. “Start with a conversation” opens our scheduling page on Cal.com. You give your name, email address and anything else you choose to add. Cal.com stores it for us.
When you email us. We receive your address and whatever you send.
The site has no forms, accounts or advertising, and sets no cookies of its own. It’s meant for businesses, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use and share it
We use what you give us to reply, to schedule and hold calls, and, if we work together, to do the work. We use the analytics to see what’s useful on the site and improve it.
We share personal information only with the service providers that host the site, run our scheduling and handle our email, and only so they can provide those services.
Cal.com’s own privacy policy also applies on its booking page.
We may disclose information when the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.
When we use AI tools on information you send us, we use plans whose terms exclude training models on it.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is available to us for six months. We keep emails and booking details as long as we need them to talk or work with you, and as our business records require.
Security
Access to what you send us is limited to our own team, and the accounts that hold it use multi-factor sign-in.
Your requests
Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Where it’s processed
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries.
Changes
When we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date.
